I was looking for a dark read and thought I'd try this book as I have had it on my to read shelves for ages!I was so disappointed- not just because it wasn't as dark as I was expecting but because I just had no interest in the story by the end of it!It wasn't anything to do with the fact it was too dark- My issue was IT WASN'T DARK ENOUGH (for me anyway!)I'm not going into huge detail about the issues I had with it. I know some people have loved this book but I just couldn't connect with the character's and their 'so called' relationship/bond together!! Anyway moving onward in search of the next dark read :D
